The celebration of National Science day at SAC was organised as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on 28th February, 2022. The lecture on "Remote Sensing of Space Debris using Plasma Effects" was delivered by Chief Guest, Dr. Abhijit Sen, Emeritus Professsor and INSA Honorary Scientist at IPR, Gandhinagar.

The programme was arranged, in virtual mode, as a joint venture of SAC & DECU, Ahmedabad and the Ahmedabad chapters of Indian Society of Remote Sensing, Indian Society of Geomatics, Indian Meteorological Society and Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST), Gandhinagar.
