World Space Week under the theme ‘Women in Space’ was celebrated jointly with Gujarat Council of Science & Technology (GUJCOST), Gandhinagar during Oct 04 to 10, 2021. Director SAC inaugurated the event in online mode on 04 October 2021. Talks by Women Scientists/ Engineers from different areas of SAC were organised in online mode during 04 to 09 October, followed by personal interactions as part of the valedictory function held at Gujarat Science City on 10th October 2021. Shri TVS Ram, Deputy Director, MISA & Dr Parul D Patel, Chairperson, Standing Committee, AKAM- SAC guided and Dr. Abha Chhabra convened the WSW activities under ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’.
