To create awareness of fitness and healthy lifestyle, Space Applications Centre (SAC) organized a lecture at SAC Campus on 21st July 2023 under the umbrella of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. This lecture was delivered by Shri Saumik Rao, Fitness Consultant, Mr. GRASIM (Runner- Up), Actor & Model. With a huge experience in the field of health and fitness, the lecture was very informative and at the same time entertaining. This kept the audience captivated throughout this one hour talk.

This event was organised by "Adopting of Healthy Lifestyle" Sub-Committee of AKAM@SAC chaired by Dr. Mehul Pandya. The committee worked under the overall guidance of Shri Nilesh M. Desai, Director SAC and Dr. Dhani Ram Rajak, Chairman, Standing Committee AKAM@SAC.
