EMI/EMC test facility is equipped with the state-of-the-art instrumentation complying with the requirements of MIL-STD 461 C, D, E & F.

  • Tests Conducted
    • Radiation Emission Tests
    • Radiated Emission measurement is done as per MIL-STD-461C/D/E/F. At present the facility is capable of conducting radiated emission measurements up to 40 GHz.

    • Radiated Susceptibility Tests
    • Fully Automated Radiated Susceptibility test is done as per MIL-STD-461C/D/E/F. The facility is capable of conducting Radiated Susceptibility test up to 20 V/m radiated field from 10kHz to 40 GHz.

    • Conducted Emission Tests
    • Fully automated Conducted Emission Measurement is done as per as per MIL-STD-461C/D/E/F. The conducted emission measurements are carried out using the automation software ensuring low uncertainty and better repeatability.

    • Conducted Susceptibility Tests
    • Conducted Susceptibility tests CS101, Bulk Injection tests - CS114, CS115 & CS116 as per MIL-STD- 461E. Also Mil-STD-461C Tests – CS01, CS02 and Spike Test CS06 are conducted.
    • Electrostatic discharge (ESD) Tests
    • ESD test facility fully is equipped to conduct radiated field, single point discharge and structural current ESD tests up to 30 KV as per IEC 61000-4-3 standard requirements.
    • Automated EMI Scanning System for PCBS
    • The state of art system comprises of integrated scanner module having unique grid array of field probes, controller and a spectrum analyzer. The system conducts EMI measurements from 50 kHz to 1 GHz at PCB level to identify problem frequencies, problem sources and their exact physical location contributing to poor EMI. The system operates with high repeatability and good sensitivity over the region.
