Technology on equipment, systems, and software developed in-house which have potential requirements in quantities either for buyback or non-ISRO market is licensed to selected industries on non-exclusive basis, for commercial production. Technology on more than 90 products has been transferred to industry so far from SAC. C and Ku band Receivers, and Invar Demux filters for communication payloads; INSAT MSS Type C Terminal and Hub, and Automatic Weather Station are currently under regular production. Technologies in pipeline are Satellite based Internet Protocol Interactive Network, Sparse Area Communication System, INSAT MSS Type D system, Distress Alert Transmitter, PC add-on software for Interactive distance education system and different types of antennas for satellite communications.
